3. John³ Wanger (Heinrich² Wenger, Hans¹) was born 10 Dec 1726 at New Hanover Twp., Philadelphia Co., PA; he married Margaret; he died Jan 1803 at Union Twp., Berks Co., PA, at age 76; he was buried at Old Mennonite Burying Ground, East Coventry Twp., Chester Co., PA.
He was a court martial man in the 5th Battallion, Berks Co. militia during the Revolutionary War. He left a will in 1791.
