circa 1635 at Flatlands, Long Island, NY; m. Capt. Elbert Elbertse
Stoothoff 27 Aug 1645 at New Amsterdam Dutch Church.
Gerret Wolphertse Van Couwenhoven was born circa 1610 at
Amersfoort, Holland. He immigrated on 24 May 1630 to New Amsterdam;
ship 'de Eendracht.' He was a farmer and magistrate. He died circa
1645 at Flatlands, Long Island, NY.
Capt. Elbert Elbertse Stoothoff was born in 1620. He resided at
Nieukerken, North Brabent, The Netherlands. He immigrated in 1637 to
America. He resided at Flatlands, Long Island, NY. He married Sara
Roelofse on 21 Jul 1663; 2nd husband. He died in 1688.
