                     Generation One

1.  Capt. Elbert Elbertsz Stoothoff; b. 1620; m. Altje Cornelise
Cool, daughter of Cornelis Lambertse Cool, 27 Aug 1645 at New Amsterdam
Dutch Church, New Netherlands; m. Sara Roelofse 21 Jul 1663; 2nd 
husband; d. 1688.
     He resided at Nieukerken, North Brabent, The Netherlands. He 
immigrated in 1637 to America. He resided at Flatlands, Long Island, 
NY. He resided at Brooklyn, NY.
     Altje Cornelise Cool married Gerret Wolphertse Van Couwenhoven,
son of Wolfert Gerretsz Van Couwenhoven and Neeltje Jans, circa 1635
at Flatlands, Long Island, NY.
     Known children of Capt. Elbert Elbertse Stoothoff and Altje
Cornelise Cool were as follows:
     2.          i. Heiltie Elbertse Stoothoff, m. Col. Thomas
                    Willett.
                ii. Elbert Elbertse Stoothoff; baptized 26 Jan 1648 at
                    New Amsterdam, New Netherlands; d; young.
               iii. Gerret Elbertse Stoothoff; m. Willemtie Pieters;
                    m. Johana Nevius, daughter of Johannes Nevius and
                    Ariaentje Bleyck, 10 Aug 1684; d. circa 1734.
                iv. Aechye Elbertse Stoothoff; d. 1703.

     Sara Roelofse was born circa 1626. She immigrated in 1630 to
America. She married Cornelius van Bossum; 1st husband.


                     Generation Two

2.  Heiltie Elbertse Stoothoff (Elbert1); m. Col. Thomas Willett, son
of Thomas Willett and Sarah Cornell, 1667; 1st wife; d. by Nov 1701.
     She resided at Brooklyn, NY.

     Col. Thomas Willett was baptized on 26 Nov 1645 at Dutch Reformed
Church, New Amsterdam, New Netherlands. He married Charity Stevenson,
daughter of Edward Stevenson and Charity Field, on 15 Jan 1705; 2nd
wife. He died in Sep 1722 at Flushing, NY, at age 76.
