He immigrated in 1676 to Gloucester Co., NJ. He resided at
Philadelphia Co., PA. He was Chief Justice of Pennsylvania between
1693 and 1694. He left a will in 1719/20 at Philadelphia Co., PA;
proved 27 Feb 1719/20 & 7 Mar 1719/20.
Maria Helm may have been Mary Spencer according to family
tradition. She was born circa 1667. She died on 12 Nov 1716 at
Philadelphia, PA. She was buried at Old Swedes Church, Philadelphia,
PA.
