The Courthouse is closed on Monday Holidays
Early (starting about 1867) birth and death records, and all marriage records can be found in the Probate Court office on the first floor
Starting with 1906, birth and death records can be found in the Health Department on the second floor

OTHER INFORMATION
Morrow County, was formed in 1848. At that time Jeremiah Morrow was the ninth governor of Ohio. He also served in the U.S. Senate and was a member of the House of Representatives at the time the county was formed.
