Margery B. (Rogers) CLARK Family Record Submitted by Kay Sugg Best NOV 1998 Here is what Margery Brown Rogers Clark's bible contains. Some of it is very hard to read because it has been photo copied so many times. It seams to be blank pages in Margery's hand writing. Clark departed this life Aug 21 -1918 (According to Nellie Clark, daughter of Jacob, these notes were made by Margery B. Clark, in her Bible, except for the last two entries that Nellie made. The document was given to Sue & Leon Burgess in the 1960's by Nellie herself. Also at this time, Nellie's gift included the original portrait of Jonathan & Albert Henry, letters from other family members, to Margery, mostly from Isaac Clark her son, Isaac Rogers brother, Willie Rogers brother, E.H. Rogers brother, and from other bits and pieces of letters. I have heard that at this time these letters may be at the State Archives in Jackson. I have not gone there to see for my self.
