Lincoln Co. Will Book B: 188 Jackson Will In the Name of God Amen. I JOSEPH JACKSON of Lincoln County and State of Kentucky being in my perfect senses and memory & knowing it is appointed for men to die do constitute and make this my last Will and Testament. I give my body to the Earth from whence it was taking with a certain hope of the resurrection at the Last day. And also such worldly Estate it has pleased God to Indow me with I give and bequeath in the manner and form as followeth. Item, I give and bequeath unto the Children of my eldest Daughter WRITTER HOUNSLER, Polly & James Hounsler one Negroe Boy by the name of Jason also all my other estate that Should have fallen to my Daughter Writter to be equally Divided between the said Polly and James after the Death of my Daughter Writter to them and their heirs forever -- I give unto my Daughter FRANCES LEVI's two Children Jean & Betsey Levi one Negroe girl by the name of Anaxa as also all my other Estate that should have fallen to my Daughter Frances to be equally Divided between the said Jean and Betsey to them and their Heirs forever. 189 I give unto my Daughter ELIZABETH BRUNSON one Negroe girl by the name of Lucy to her & her heirs forever. I give unto my Daughter POLLEY LEE one Negroe girl Hannah to her and her heirs forever.
