Irish Castles associated with the Kirwin/an Surname

Castle Hackett (Hackett's Castle), Galway - built 13th Century - Captain John Kirwan

Gardenfield, about 3 miles north of Tuam. This house was replaced by another Gardenfield House which is still inhabited. 

Castle Martin, County Kildare - the Martin and Kirwan families intermarried

Shan Mukinish Castle, Clare - repaired by Major Kirwan in 1836
