BE IT REMEMBERED
That I, MARY E. HOPPES, of Lincoln Park, Berks County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, and considering the uncertainty of life, do therefore make, publish and declare this to be my last WILL and TESTAMENT, in manner and form following that is to say:
ITEM: I order all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid by my Executor hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND - I give, devise and bequeath unto my husband, WILLIAM G. HOPPES, all my Estate, real, personal or mixed, of whatever nature or kind, or wheresoever situate at the time of my decease; conditioned, however, that if my said husband, WILLIAM G. HOPPES, predeceases me or dies within thirty (30) days after my death, then I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to DEBORAH HOSPITAL of Brownsville, New Jersey.
AND LASTLY, I do make, constitute and appoint MERIDIAN TRUST COMPANY of Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania, to be the Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made, and declaring this to be my last Will and Testament.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name, and affixed my seal, the 11th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eighty-six (1986).
