We don’t really know that Rachel was the daughter of Samuel (rather than John, say), but that is the assertion in both the Langworthy and Crandall genealogies.

We do know that Rachel was the sister of Ann: Ann married Joseph Crandall Jr., and in his will, dated Feb 26, 1745/6, Joseph asked his heirs to care for his sister-in-law, Rachel Langworthy.
