This scanned file was submitted by Jean Wheeler of Cayucos, CA. She says: "I have seen several people looking for Yager information in the
GERMANNA_COLONIES newsgroup. I discovered a Jabob C. Yager had signed my
Great Grandmother's (Eliza Jane Bell's) Autograph Book August 18, 1862. At that
time she lived in Seneca County, Ohio. I have no way of knowing if he was a
Germanna Yager. Perhaps he could have been a soldier at the Fort.
