Springville, New York, USA

Springville is a small village in southwestern New York State, about 30 miles south of Buffalo. About 4,000 people live in Springville and it also serves as the commercial center for the surrounding rural farming and residential areas.

 

In the late 1800s, many families emigrated from Wiesental, Germany and settled on the rich farmland and rolling hills around Springville (below).
