Descendants of David TROWBRIDGE

First Generation

1.   David TROWBRIDGE was born 23 Dec 1799 in Painted Post, New
York. He died 23 Nov 1887 in Craig, Switzerland County, Indiana.
David married Hannah DAVIDSON DAVISON, daughter of George
DAVIDSON DAVISON and Sarah BRANNAN, on 24 Mar 1831 in Delhi,
Ohio. Hannah was born 24 Feb 1813 in Newberry, Clermont County,
Ohio. She died 4 Feb 1881 in Craig, Switzerland County, Indiana.
They had the following children:
          2    F    i.   Sarah TROWBRIDGE was born 8 Mar 1832.
          3    F    ii.  Minerva TROWBRIDGE was born 24 Apr 1834.
Minerva married Martin MADARY on 28 Apr 1853. Martin was born in
of Vevay, Indiana.
          4    F    iii. Olive TROWBRIDGE was born 4 Jun 1836.
Olive married James COWAN on 25 Jul 1861. James was born in of
Craig, Indiana.
          5    F    iv.  Hannah Mary TROWBRIDGE was born 24 Sep
1838.
          6    F    v.   Nancy TROWBRIDGE was born 4 Feb 1841.
Nancy married James R. ALLEN on 2 Oct 1861.
          7    F    vi.  Maria TROWBRIDGE was born 12 Dec 1843.
          8    F    vii. Charity TROWBRIDGE was born 14 Oct 1846.
Charity married Dallas BANTA on 20 Mar 1864. Dallas was born in
of Craig, Indiana.
          9    M    viii.     David Lewis TROWBRIDGE was born 3
Jun 1850. He died 2 Apr 1860.
          10   F    ix.  Harriet Emma TROWBRIDGE was born 12 Aug
1852. She died 29 Mar 1874 in Craig, Switzerland County, Indiana.

1.  David TROWBRIDGE

 David Trowbridge went to Cincinnati OH in 1820.  He taught
school a number of years and was considered a good teacher. 
Prior to his marriage he removed to the town of Delhi, Hamilton
Co OH, and engaged in farming.  He lived there until Nov 1837,
when he settled on a farm in Craig, Switzerland Co IN, where he
lived the remainder of his life.  He acted in a fiduciary
capacity for a great many estates that were settled there and was
appointed guardian for orphans in several instances, and was held
in good esteem.

Resided in Crain Indiana.  Unmarried

5.  Hannah Mary TROWBRIDGE
Resided in Cleveland, Ohio.  Unmarried

6.  Nancy TROWBRIDGE
Resided in Norwalk, Ohio

7.  Maria TROWBRIDGE
Resided in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Unmarried

10.  Harriet Emma TROWBRIDGE
Resided in Craig, Indiana. Unmarried
