This Indenture made and entered into this the 6th day of Nov. 1893
by and between A. A. Brasher and Mehaley Brasher, Grantors and M. R.
Gable and B. T. Gable, Grantees, Witnesseth that for and in consideration
of Two Hundred Dollars to them paid, the said Grantors has bargained
and sold by these presents do grant and convey unto said Grantee certain
real property in said County and State described as follows: The Southeast
1/4 fourth of the Southwest 1/4 fourth and Ten acres in the Southeast
corner of the Northeast 1/4 fourth of the Southwest 1/4 of Section (11)
Township 19, R One West containing fifty acres more or less.
To have and to hold the same unto the said Grantee, their heirs and
assign in fee simple forever, with full warranty against all lawful
claims and demands whatsoever.
In testimony whereof the said Grantors have hereunto set their hand
and seal the day and year first above written.

I, Pinkney N. Gilbert a Justice of the Peace in and for said County
and said State hereby certify that A. A. Brasher whose name is signed
to the foregoing conveyance and who is known to me, acknowledged before
me on this day that being informed of the contents of this conveyance
he executed the same voluntarily on the day the same bears date. Given
under my hand this 6th day of Nov. 1893.

N. Gilbert a Justice of the Peace and for the County and State aforesaid
do hereby certify that on the 6th day of Nov. 1893 same before me the
within named Mahaly Brasher known to me to be the wife of the within
named A. A. Brasher who being examined separate and apart from the husband
touching her signature to the within conveyance, acknowledged that she
signed the same of her own free will and accord, and without fear, constraints,
or threats on the part of her husband. In witness whereof I hereunto
set my hand and seal this 6th day of Nov. 1893.
