Robert Stuckey Notary Public ex-officio magt,� do hereby certify unto all who it may concern that Mrs. Sarah A. Gable, the lawful wife of Levi Gable, did this day appear before me and upon being privately and separately examined by me did declare that she and her lawful husband, Levi Gable, had or were about to separate and abandon each other as husband and wife, and make a final settlement and division of property both personal and Real Estate, and in consideration that she having a Deed of Conveyance of One Hundred (100) acres of land run off with the home place where she now resides with an unencumbered title with plat of the same and put in full possession thereof. For which she now declares that she does freely, voluntarily and without any compulsion dread or fear of any person or persons whomsoever renounce, release and for ever relinquish unto all the above named Levi Gable his being and assigns all her interest and Estate also all her right and claim of Dower of in or to all and singular the premises or lands which the said Levi Gable now owns or has heretofore sold or released (except the One Hundred acres which she now lives on. Given under my hand and seal this December the 26 One thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Three.

Know all men by these presents that I, Levi Gable of County and State aforesaid, for and in consideration of Seven Hundred ($700.00) Dollars and also in consideration of all Dowers signed or paid by Sarah A. Gable of County and State aforesaid have granted bargained sold and released and by these presents do grant bargain sell and release unto the said Sarah A. Gable a certain piece or parcel of land containing One hundred (100) acres be the same more or less situated in the County and State aforesaid and lying on the west side of and joining the Baskin road and a small portion being in the forks of said road and the road leading to Anderson by Flat Rock joining on the South by lands owned by Esqs. Z. Hall, Absolam J. Hall and on the North and West by Levi Gable's land for more particulars have reference to a plat made by Robert Stucky dated December the 24th 1873. Together with all and singular the rights, members, here did aments and appurtenances to the said premises belonging or appertaining to have and to hold all and singular premises before mentioned unto the said Sarah A. Gable, her heirs and assigns forever and I do hereby bind myself my heirs, executors and administrators to warrant and forever defend all and singular the said premises unto the said Sarah A. Gable her heirs and assigns against myself my heirs and against all other persons whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same or any thereof. This deed being given to my lawful wife, Sarah A. Gable, as her part, of all of her claim in my Estate & all her right and claim of Dower in all of the land which I now own or have owned. Witness my hand and seal this Twenty Sixth day of December in the year of our lord One Thousand Eight hundred and seventy three and in the ninety eight year of the Independence of the United States of America. Gable and made oath that he saw Levi Gable sign seal and deliver the within conveyance for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and that with himself M. R.
