    Know all men by these presents that I, James Gable of the District and State aforesaid for and in consideration of the material love and affection that I have for my sister, Elizabeth Brown, and also in consideration of the Sum of Four Hundred and Fifty Dollars to me paid by Levi Gable, the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have bargain and released unto the said Levi Gable his heirs, Executors, Administrators, and assigns all that tract or parcel of land whereon I now live containing One Hundred acres be the same more or less. Adjoining lands of Paton Burton, Margaret Bealy and others having such shapes and markes as peat has unto cloth represent.

    Together with all and singular the rights members hereditaments and appurtenance to the said premises belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining.

    To have and to hold all and singular the said premises before mentioned unto the said Levi Gable, his heirs and assigns forever. Nevertheless in trust to and for the following purposes that is to say for the only use and benefit and behalf and in such all of my sister, Elizabeth Brown the wife of Hiley Brown or aforesaid and the heirs of his Body forever.

    And I, the said James Gable, do hereby bind myself, my heirs, Executors, and administrators and assigns to warrant and forever defend all and singular the said premises unto the said Levi Gable, his heirs, and assigns in trust for the use and purpose whatsoever against myself, my heirs and assigns and against any person or person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same or any part contrary to the true interest and meaning of those presents in Testimony whereof I have set my hand and Seal and the said Levi Gable in acceptance of his trust has hereunto set his hand and Seal this 2nd day of February in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Two and in the Seventy Sixth year of American independence.

    Personally appeared W. W. Buckhannan before me and made oath that he was personally present and did see the within James Gable and Levi Gable Sign, Seal and Execute the within deed of trust for the use and purposes herein set forth and that himself with A. D. Gray subscribed their names as witnesses to the within deed of trust.
