Welcome to Florida Cracker Country!

This site is dedicated to my ancestors that were early pioneers of
Florida between the years of 1820 and 1850.  I am a 5th generation
Floridian (born in Florida) and 8th generation to live in Florida. My wife is a 4th generation Floridian.  It has always been my goal to  share the success I have had in my research with others.  Heaven knows I could not have collected all the information I have without the generosity of many people.  So I wish to first give many thanks to all those people.

I hope to repay this generosity by including as much information as
possible on these pages to help all early Florida researchers.  I have included pages  for Queries, Marriage records, Military records, Look ups, Florida links, Southern Research Links, Surnames, Florida researchers, My own GEDCOM file and other Research links.
