11. Thomas IV LACY ⁽¹⁾ was born in 1728 in Hanover Co., VA. He died on 12 Dec 1802 in Halifax Co., VA.

He was married to Catherine EVANS (daughter of John EVANS and Frances) about 1749 in Goochland Co., VA. Catherine EVANS ⁽¹⁾ was born about 1728. She died before 1802. Thomas IV LACY and Catherine EVANS had the following children:
