Lee County Iowa MAK Inquiries

The charge for any inquiries into family members who may be listed is $6 per hour, plus 10 cents per copy, plus postage for any reports ordered.  There will not be a charge if no name is found, or if there is only a name and little or no information.  There will still be a charge for anything printed at 10 cents per copy, plus postage.  Please use the attached Inquiry form.  You may order two different reports, the Individuals List Report # 1 and/or the Descendants Report # 2.  (You can view sample of these two reports here.)

Once the researchers have determined whether or not there were any names found, you will be notified via email  if any charges apply.  The researchers will print and send the reports requested once payment has been received.  Please make checks payable to:  Genealogy Department, Donnellson Library. 
 

The charge for submitting your family tree to the MAK Project is $6 per hour.  Included in this cost will be a Descendents Report (view sample here) of the information submitted for verification of accuracy.  Please use the attached Submission forms.  You may make as many copies as you need.  Please send your Submission Forms to:  Brie Anderson, PO Box 30196, Des Moines, IA  50310-9404 or email to:  [email protected] Approximately 15 names and data per name can be entered per hour.  Please make checks payable to:  Genealogy Department, Donnellson Library.
