            The defendants Elizabeth Duncan widow of Benjamin Duncan dec'd (names all above defendants) not having entered their appearance and given security according to the act of assembly and the rules of this court and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that the said defendants (all listed again) and [are?] not inhabitants of this state, on the action of the plaintiff by his attorneys it is ordered that the said defendants appear on the third (?) day in (?) and (?) the plaintiffs bill and a copy of the order be here with inscribed in public newspapers of this state for eight weeks and posted at the front door of the courthouse of this county on same court day.
