      Pg.157: 9 April 1855, proclamation from Sheriff of Fentress Co.; Sheriff of Fentress Co. to return writ of venira facias (summons for jury duty), 6 Nov. 1854, in State of TN vs William & Isaac Crabtree for murder; record of Fentress Co. to be filed in Putnam Co.; jurors summoned included Berdine Young, John Duncan, Thomas Riley in Dist. 7, others in other districts. (John Duncan was not selected as a juror in that case.)
      Pg.441: 13 Oct. 1856: Levy - no goods and chattels to be found in my county; levied on tract of land of the Deft. in Dist. #10 and adjoining lands of Joseph Allison and Robert Walker, said to contain twelve acres. My fee 100c. /s/ J.W. Carr, Constable.
