Jarman decd, and if it meets with my wife's approbation, Stephen Jarman Esqr. would act as her guardian. ...; I own 1/3 part of the interest in 19 negros purchased of the estate of Wm Scott decd. of NC, which negros belong to Stephen Jarman, David B. Duncan to have the use and benefit of them until my oldest dau.
