      D#23-511/512: 19 July 1790, Cooper Polgreen of Parrish of St. Michael in the Island of Barbadoes by his attorney Charles Massey of City of Philadelphia, merchant, to Isaac Duncan of City of Philadelphia, merchant, that Hannah Peters by deed 18 June 1747 recorded Book 13 pg.187 conveyed to Joseph Greenaway a lot in City of Philadelphia, and Joseph Greenaway died intestate leaving widow Sarah, a daughter Elizabeth and two sons William and Joseph and William died of age intestate and without issue whereby his brother Joseph became entitled to his purpart, and Joseph Green Junior by will 22 May 1781 registered in Barbadoes devised the residue of his estate to his wife Sarah Greenaway who intermarryed with Cooper Polgreen, they by deed 10 June 1786 in Barbadoes granted to Julian Stewart her heirs 2/3 parts of the premises in trust for use of Cooper Polgreen, and Cooper Polgreen with first named Sarah Greenaway and Elizabeth Greenaway by Letter of Attorney 15 June 1786 authorized Charles Massey to sell the premises, NOW Cooper Polgreen by his attorney Charles Massey for 300 pounds specie paid, sell lot in City of Philadelphia 15 feet and 1/2 from East side of Front Street to west side of Water or King Street, (background not copied) together with appurtenances. /s/ Cooper Polegreen, by his attorney Charles Massey.
