Brenneman and afterwards filed on account with his petition showing to the Court that the personal estate of the said intestate was not sufficient to pay the debts, and praying the Court to allow him to make sale of the real estate of which the intestate died possessed as the Court should judge necessary, and ... the Orphans Court of Allegheny Co. that the lot or parcel of ground hereinafter described was ordered to be sold, on 29 Oct. 1853 after notice, exposed to public sale and sold to party of second part for $48, she being the highest bidder, reported to the Judges of the Court, and the Court on 19 Nov. 1853 approved the sale ..., sell to said Margaret Lang that lot of ground in Borough of McKeesport, Allegheny Co., on Ringold Street, being the southwest quarter of Lot No.5 in Miller's Plan, together with appurtenances, and all the interest of said John Lang before his decease. /s/ F.
