Mr. Wharry is a Republican ... he was married in April, 1867, to Miss Mary Robertson, of La Fayette, ... John and Eliza (Duncan) Wharry, parents of the subject of this sketch, were natives, respectively, of Pennsylvania and Ohio, of Scotch descent, and the parents of ten children, only eight of whom are now alive.
