OH, beg. at SW corner of 63 acres of land off from the west end of Lot 171 in Sec.33 Twp.9 Range 14, then North 18 feet, then east to the center of the Twp. road through said lot, then South in the center of said road to south line of said lot, then west on said south line to the beginning, and George Duncan agrees that he will forever keep up and maintain the fence on the north line of the premises without charge or expense to said Olive Currier. /s/ George (X) Duncan.
