Stevenson says that to the best of his knowledge and belief, the names of the heirs of said Elizabeth Duncan decd. and their places of residence are as follows: Charles P. Noell of Oklahoma, Frances Stevenson of Madison Co. MO, Eliza Turnbaugh nee Duncan of Madison Co. MO, James Duncan of Colorado, Ida Duncan minor child of Thos. Duncan decd. of Perry Co. MO, Joseph Duncan of Galena Co. KS, Elizabeth Tessereau? nee Duncan of Madison Co. MO; that said Elizabeth Duncan died without a will, he will make inventory ... /s/ J.H. Stevenson, who has been appointed administrator of the estate of Elizabeth Duncan; approved Feb. term 1896, by N.B. Allen, Judge of Probate.
