MO which was assest in the name of the persons herein set forth, remaining due the state and county, amounting to $7.53 including the interest and the costs, assessed to Thos. Rimhist?, 320 acres, S 1/2 NW 1/4, Sec.32, E 1/2 SW 1/4, SE 1/2 E 1/2 SW & Lot 1 SW, Sec.31, Twp.23 Range 4, taxes for years 1861 to 1866, $7.53, and the Collector of Revenue for Oregon Co. on 5 Oct. 1867 advertised the said real estate for sale ... on 7 Oct. 1867 sold the tracts of land for taxes, interest and costs, and J.M. Dunkin became purchaser for the taxes, interest and costs hereon, he being the lowest? bidder for the same of $7.53 and for the taxes for 1861, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, each tract, therefore Josiah Hawell as collector sell to said J.M. Dunkin the said real estate subject to redemption by any person interested who was a minor at the time of said sale under the age of 21 years, ... seized in fee simple to the above described real estate ...
