Duncan, Thomas Johnson and Nancy Johnson against John Duncan, Sarah Duncan, Benjamin Duncan, David Duncan, Nathaniel Duncan, Tandy E. Duncan, John Cato, Caroline Cato, George W. Duncan, Alice A. Duncan, Catharine Duncan, John Johnson and Sarah Johnson, defendants, for partition of land; Circuit Court on 27 Aug. 1856 ordered partition be made between said Thomas G. Duncan, John Duncan, Benjamin Duncan, David Duncan, Nathaniel Duncan, Tandy E. Duncan, George W. Duncan, Alice A. Duncan, Catharine Duncan, Caroline Cato, Nancy Johnson and Sarah Johnson of real estate in the petition; appointed William Briggs, Daniel C. Lyon and James W.
