Needham filed with said report, and said Nancey Poston was highest and best bidder of said real estate and has paid me the sum of $306, the amount of her bid, and whereas at the Feb. term of County Court I made my report ... which was approved, ... Court by order of sale made at Feb. term 1867 ordered the undersigned admr. of estate of James Duncan decd. to sell at 6 month credit the E 1/2 of Lots 1 and 2 of NW 1/4 and W 1/2 of Lots 1 and 2 of NE 1/4 and part of Lot 3 of NE 1/4 of Sec.5 in Twp.33N Range 9E conveyed by David Adams to James Duncan situated in said Bollinger Co., or so much as may be necessary to pay the debts ... after public notice of sale ... this real estate, in obedience to said order, posted a notice the real estate would be sold on 14 May 1867 on a credit of 6 months, previous to the sale was appraised by Adam Sebaugh, Henry C. Hahs and Joseph Hahs ... who on 11 May 1867 having first made the affidavit ... appraised the real estate at $150, ... sold on 14 May 1867 at public auction on a credit of 6 months all the interest which said James Duncan had at the time of his death, and Henry O. Duncan and James F. Duncan were highest bidders, ... for that sum, ... sold for $260 paid by said Henry O. Duncan and James F. Duncan, sell to said Henry O. Duncan and James F. Duncan all the interest which said James Duncan had to the said real estate at the time of his death. 15 May 1867. /s/ Jacob S. Needham, Public Administrator. Ack. 15 May 1867 before Jacob J.
