Day the purchase money, being $225, for said Duncan, and Duncan has sold to said Kerr all the interest which Llewellyn Duncan his wife has in three negroes run in the State of KY named Daphney, Macia and Lorlinda, and said wife is now a minor and unable to convey said negroes, if said Lewllyn and said Robert shall within 30 days after Llewllyn shall be 21 years of age, convey to said Kerr her interest in said Negroes, this indenture shall be void, otherwise said Kerr shall be at liberty to foreclose and sell said granted premises to make the sum of $225. /s/ Robert C.
