IL was ordered after first having given 20 days previous public notice of the time, place and terms of sale by publication in some public newspaper printed and published in Springfield, Illinois, to sell the premises in said decree described at public auction at the door of the Court House in the City of Springfield, Sangamon Co. IL, to the highest bidder for one third cash in hand, the remainder in equal payments of one and two years, the purchaser to execute his notes and a mortgage on the premises sold to secure the payment ... 6% interest. And whereas in pursuance of said decree, said George W. Shult?, Master in Chancery as aforesaid, did on 20 Dec. 1865, ... offer the premises at public auction, and Henry Antle bid at said sale for said premises, towit: the North half of Northwest quarter of Section 29, Township 17 North of Range 6 West of 3rd P.M., containing 80 acres, and 20 acres more or less off of the North end of the West half of the Southwest quarter of Sec.20 Twp.17N of Range 6W of 3rd P.M., described as follows, towit: beg. at Southeast corner of said half quarter section, and running north 150 poles, then west 80 poles, then south 150 poles, then east 80 poles to the beginning, in all 100 acres, the sum of 24 and 10/100 dollars, being the highest and best bid, it was sold to him.
            Now this deed by and between George W. Shult?
