GA, ill health, 20 April 1812, proved 3 Jan. 1814; my two servants Leah and Derry at my decease should have their freedom and be given them, to Leah two acres of land nearest her house on the plantation where I now reside, and to Derry three acres of land in the same manner, to both of them for life; appoint Mr. William C. Lawson their guardian; to Mrs. Frederica Alexander and her two children Adam and Louisa my negro woman Jemima and her children; to Mr. Jedidiah Fields and wife Elizabeth the plantation on which I now live with the reserve of the 5a of land as above mentioned and negroes Jello Boston, wench Keziah and her children; to Mr. William C. Frame 1036, 25 Feb. 1794, whereas Leonard Cecil of Savannah, admin. of David Duncan, decd, has since died, that George Haist of Chatham Co. and City of Savannah, merchant, has taken admin. of said David Duncan ... court suit by him as admin. filed 28 Dec. 1793.
