Desc. states it was for his mother Sally Bingham, could it have been for
Mrs. Sally (Gates) Bingham (wife of Erastus' brother Willard) who died in
Kirtland, Ohio in 1835? Or was his mother's death not yet known to him? Or is
her death date in AF inacurate?

parents listed (relation Maria Elizabeth Gay Hales). If she married William
Blanchard, listed as b: Conn. 1798. An Amasa Gay
and Mary in Union, Tolland, Conn.

If so, and Amos is husband, then either divorced or died before 1870.
2) 1800 Morristown, Orleans, Vermont, census lists 1 male under 10, 2 males
10-15, 1 male 26-44, 3 females under 10, 1 female 26-44. Order of David and
the three daughters unknown. If the Lois md to Amos Wetmore is our Lois Perry, then her mother Eunice was 45 at her birth, and also Lois is, consequently, at least the 4th dau. of Sylvanus and Eunice Perry. All children shown for Amos and Lois Wetmore are from the Ira, Rutland, Vermont census (1850) p. 5. Also listed with them is Jerusha Wetmore age 86, b: Conn and Ardin E. Day age 16 b: Mich. "day laborer" (not on PAF. A child Lois of Harrison Wetmore (b: VT abt 1816) and family in De Kalb, St. Lawrence, NY, (1850 and 1860). If Lois Perry was b: between 1791-1800 (one of the 3 in Morristown above), then Harrison could be her son. Rin #2278.
3) death from Vermont Vital Recs., film 27,725; age 44. A Mrs. Lois Whitmore d: 4 Jan 1853 age 76 y 6 m, in Chester, but would have been born in 1777.
A Sylvanus Wetmore listed in 1850 Ira census p. 1A-B age 9 with Chloe Whitmore's children (he and an Emaline age 12too young to be children of Chloe. Possibly of Nancy or Herrietta, poss dau-in-law(s) to Chloe instead of daus). Sylvanus Wetmore is listed again in 1860 with Chloe and son Merrit p. 166, age 19, pedler (sp.
