Andrew HONEYCUTT To George CAGLE & Thos. LONG 

This indenture made this the twenty second day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty one Between Andrew HONEYCUTT of the State of North Carolina and County of Stanly of the one part and George CAGLE & Thos. LONG of the county and state aforesaid of the other parts, Witnesseth that the said Andrew HONEYCUTT for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars to him in hand paid by said George CAGLE & Thos. LONG at or before the assigning and delivering of these presents the receipt and payment is hereby acknowledged by the said Andrew H. HONEYCUTT hath given granted bargained and sold and conveyed unto them the said George CAGLE & Thos. LONG their heirs and assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of land lying or being in the County and State aforesaid on both sides of Island Creek as follows Beginning on a blackgum in Muriy HOPSONs lower line then East 50 poles by and with said HOPSONs line crossing said creek to hickory then South 8 West 80 poles to a pine then South 19 Est 70 poles to a white oak standing three poles below a small dreen then South 15 Wt. Poles to a post oak then So. 21 Est. 143 poles crossing said creek to a black oak in William JOHNSONs line then 50 Wt. 42 poles to a black oak then No. 34 Wt. 232 poles to a stake then North 152 poles to a stake then No. 72 Est. 65 poles to the beginning including Henry GOODNIGHTs improvements containing Two hundred acres be the same more or less, together with all ways waters mines minerals hereditaments thereunto belonging to the said George CAGLE & Thos. LONG their heirs and assigns forever to have and to hold the aforesaid lands and premises except forty acres in the north east corner of said tract between the aforesaid creek and the east lines which was bequeathed by Andrew STOWE to his daughter Layeth HONEYCUTT which will appear in said STOWs Will The said Andrew HONEYCUTT doth forever warrant and defend the aforesaid lands premises free and clear from myself my heirs and assigns forever and from all other claim or claims whatsoever unto the aforesaid George CAGLE & Thomas LONG their heirs and assigns forever in witness whereof, I the said Andrew HONEYCUTT have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal the day and year first above written. This Indenture, made this the 22nd day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eight between Beulah HATHCOCK & husband Eli HATHCOCK, Daisy CRANFORD & husband Zimri CRANFORD, Emma CARPENTER and husband Arch CARPENTER, G.D. HUNEYCUTT & wife Mary HUNEYCUTT of the County of Stanly and State of North Carolina, of the first part, and J.R. BURRIS of the County of Stanly and State of North Carolina, of the second part:  Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred eighty dollars, to the said parties of the first part in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledges, have bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do bargin, sell and convey unto the said parties of the second part, his heirs and assigns, their undivided interest in and to the following described real estate, situate, lying and being in the County of Stanly, and State of North Carolina, bounded as follows, towit: 1st Tract: A tract known as the Davidson MCDANIEL land adjoining the lands of W.D. KINADY, Geo. EFRID and others- Beginning at a stake in a pond, W.D. KINADY's corner; thence No. 64 Wt. 20 chs to a stake by four read oaks; thence N. 1-1/1 Et. 16 chains to a postoak; thence No. 67-1/2 Et. 26 chains to a stake by red oak and pine; thence So. 32 Et. 15/3/4 chains to a post oak, W.D. KINADY's corner; thence with his line S. 33-1/4 Wt. 26-3/4 chs to the beginning- Containing Seventy and one half acres by survey.  2nd. Tract: Beginning at a stake by 3 post oaks; thence No. 71 West 20 chains to a postoak; thence S. 1 W/ 55 poles to a postoak; thence S. 1 W. 55 poles to a stake in a drain by 3 maples; thence So. 67 W. 36-3/5 chains to a water oak in a pond; thence N. 64 W 2/3 poles to a stake by a postoak; thence No. 35-1/4 E. 26-3/4 chains to the beginning-Containing forty (40) acres more or less and known as a part of the David MCDANIEL lands.   TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the above granted premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.  And the said parties of the first part, for -- their heirs, executors and administrators, do hereby covenant with the said party of the second part, his heirs, and assigns,  that they are seized of the premises in fee-simple; that the said premises are free from all incumbrances; that they have a good right and lawful authority to sell the same' and that they will warrent and defend the said premises unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, against the lawful claims of all persons whatsoever.  IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have hereunto set -- hand- and seal- the day and year first above written.  Signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of --------- Bular HATHCOCK (Seal)  Eli (his X mark) HATHCOCK (Seal)  Z.F. SMITH a Justice of the peace of said County, personally appeared G.D. HUNEYCUTT & wife Mary HUNEYCUTT the grantors named in the foregoing Deed, and acknowledged the execution thereof by them as their act and deed; and thereupon the said Mary HUNEYCUTT being by me privately examined, seperate and apart from her said husband, touching her free consent to the execution of said Deed, she, on such accord, and without any force, fear or undue influence on the part of her said husband or any other person, and doth still voluntarily assent thereto.  Therefore, let the said Deed, together with this certificate, be registered.  Witness, my hand and private seal, date above written.  Jas. W. SMITH (Seal) Justice of the Peace.  North Carolina, Montgomery County.  I, Chas. A. ARMSTRONG, C.S.C., do hereby certify that Z.F. CRANFORD and Daisy CRANFORD, his wife, personally appeared before me this day and acknowledged the due execution of the annexed Deed of Conveyance; and the said Daisy CRANFORD, being by me privately examined, separate and apart from her said husband, touching her voluntary execution of the same, doth state that she signed the same freely and voluntarily, without fear or compulsion of her said husband, or of any other person and that she doth still voluntarily assent thereto.  Witness my hand and seal, this the 19 day of Sept., 1908.  CSC SEAL MONTGOMERY COUNT}  Chas. A. ARMSTRONG, C.S.C.    North Carolina, Stanly County} Superior Court.  I, A.P. HARRIS, Clerk of teh Superior Court of Stanly County, hereby certify that Bular HATHCOCK, and husband, Eli HATHCOCK, Emma CARPENTER and husband, Arch CARPENTER, personally appeared before me and acknowledged the execution of the foregoing Deed, and thereupon the said Bular HATHCOCK and Emma CARPENTER, being by me privately examined, separate and apart from their said husbands, touching their free consent to the execution of said Deed, each one for herself, on such private examination, declared that she executed the same freely, of her own will and accord, and without any force, fear, or undue influence on the part of her said husband, or any other person, and doth still voluntarily assent thereto.  I further certify that the foregoing certificates of Charles A. ARMSTRONG, Clerk of the Superior Court of Montgomery County, and of James W. SMITH, a Justice of the Peace of Stanly County, are in due form and according to law.  Therefore, let the said Deed, together with the certificates, be registered.  Witness, my hand and seal, this the 14th day of October, 1910.  A.P.
