     Sir Ralph de Coggeshall of Codham Hall was born circa 1227 at Rewenhall, Essex, England. He was the son of Sir Thomas de Coggeshall of Coggeshall.¹ Sir Ralph de Coggeshall of Codham Hall was living in 1232/33 at 17 Henry III.¹ He married Elizabeth (?) before 1252.¹ Sir Ralph de Coggeshall of Codham Hall accumulated a great many estates, the greatest acquisition being Great Codham Hall in Wethersfield, which served as the main family residence. Other principal family estates in Essex included Sheering Hall in Shalford, Coggeshall Hall in Little Coggeshall, Duddenhoe in Wendon Lofts, as well as holdings in Paglesham, Rugwood, and North Benfleet. He acquired Great Codham Hall in 1294 at 22 Edward I, Wethersfield, Essex, England.¹ His estate was probated in 1304/5 at 33 Edward I; Inquest Post Mortem.¹

     Roger d' Abbetot was the son of Urso d' Abbetot, Sheriff of Worcestershire and Viscontessa Atheliza (?).¹ Roger d' Abbetot killed a servant of King Henry I, was banished and his confiscated estates given by the King, with the hand of his sister Emmeline d'Abetot, to Walter de Beauchamp of Bedford before 1135.¹

"The wedding was honored by the presence of the lady duchess, and all the daughters of Signor Bernabo. Jousting was in progress all day in the house of John, the former residence of the late Bishop of Parma. There was no dancing out of respect for the late lady Taddea."^3,1 Donnina Visconti arrainged the wedding of her second daughter on 20 January 1393. She witnessed the marriage of Conrad Prospergh and Catherine Hawkwood on 20 January 1393 at Florence, Italy.⁴

     Sir Roger Holt was born circa 1362. He married Margery de Harskye, daughter of Sir John de Harsick and Katherine de Calthorpe, circa 1387 at Southacre, Norfolk, England.

     Margaret Meers was born circa 1414 at Lincolnshire, England. She was the daughter of John Meers. Margaret Meers married Thomas Beaupre, son of Nicholas de Beaupre and Margaret Holdich, before 1437. Margaret Meers left a will on 6 April 1439; Will was dated Easter Monday. Her estate was probated on 6 June 1439.

     Deborah Thayer was baptized in February 1629/30 at Thornbury, England.¹ She was the daughter of Richard Tayer Jr. and Dorothy Mortimore.¹ Deborah Thayer accompanied the immigration of Richard Tayer Jr. in 1641 to Braintree, Massachusetts, America; A widower, and presumably a younger brother of Thomas, coming to New England with 8 children.^2,3 Deborah Thayer married Thomas Faxon Jr. on 11 April 1653 at Braintree, Massachusetts.^1,4
