Thomas Kinrade married Sarah Ann Reader, daughter of Sergeant Joseph Reader and Cynthia Lucinda Thayer, on 6 November 1860 at Warrensville, Cuyahoga County, Ohio; Per her declaration to obtain a widow's pension on his service.1,2 Corporal, 2nd Ohio Cavalry, Co. K on 24 August 1861. Cpl. Thomas Kinrade began military service on 24 August 1861 at Cleveland, Ohio, enrolled in Co. "K", 2nd Regiment, Ohio Cavalry (Volunteers, 3 years), mustered in as a Corporal at Camp Wade, 10 Oct 1861. He died on 3 April 1862 at East Cleveland, Ohio. Died from consumption caused by being kicked by a horse. A "Slvira G?. Thayer" was present at the house, per the affadavit of Ehiro C. Thayer. (Sarah's kin!?).

Hollinshead; born to a father born in Pennsylvania and a mother born in New York.4 Elizabeth Rush was born on 12 December 1806 at Pennsylvania.5,6 She was the daughter of Lieutenant John B. Rush and Julia Ann Rush, Mrs..1,2 Elizabeth Rush married John Hollinshead, son of Jacob Hollinshead Jr. and Mary Haines, on 5 September 1826 at Ontario, Canada.7,8

On 7 November 1850, Elizabeth Rush was Head of Household on the census at District 37, Whiteside County, Illinois, Details provided: Elizabeth Hollingshead, age 42, value of real estate 2,000, born in Pennsylvania.. Enumerated with her were Jacob W. Hollinshead, Daniel Hollinshead, Lydia Hollinshead, Mary A. Hollinshead and Emily E. Hollinshead.10



On 1 June 1860, Elizabeth Rush was Head of Household on the census at Ustick Township, Whiteside County, Illinois, . Enumerated with her were Daniel Hollinshead, Mary A. Hollinshead, Emily E. Hollinshead, Joshua L. Hollinshead, John David Hollinshead and Rueben P. Hollinshead.11

Elizabeth Rush died on 15 June 1863 at Ustick Township, Whiteside County, Illinois, at age 56 years, 6 months and 3 days. Elizabeth Rush was buried in the Hollinshead Family Cemetery, Ustick Township, Whiteside County, Illinois. She was noted as being the greatniece of "Richard Rush, signer of the Declaration of Independence." She may have been the granddaughter of the signer, Richard's father Dr. Benjamin Rush, and niece of Richard. This makes much greater sense when you look at the ages of everyone involved. - RBS in 1885.12

Isaac Smock married Rachel Demaree on 22 October 1808 at Mercer County, Kentucky.2 Isaac Smock died in 1865 at Topeka, Shawnee County, Kansas, at age 78 years.

She married Daniel Reeder, son of Emon Reeder and Elizabeth Randall, on 15 February 1855 at Victoria County, Ontario, Canada.2 Elizabeth Bateman was converted to God under the labors of the Rev. J. Cook in 1858.3 She died on 1 April 1865 at Mariposa Township, Missaukee County, Michigan. She died after an illness of nine days.3,2
