     Henry, 2nd Duke of Buckingham was born in 1454?.³ He was the son of Humphrey, 7th Earl of Stafford and Margaret Beaufort, Countess of Stafford.² Henry, 2nd Duke of Buckingham was the grandson of Humphrey Stafford, the 1st duke, whom he succeeded.³ He married Catherine Wydeville, daughter of Richard Wydeville, 1st Earl Rivers and Jacqueline, Duchess of Bedford, in February 1466; Her 1st.^1,2,4 Henry, 2nd Duke of Buckingham passed the death sentence on George, duke of Clarence, in 1478.³ He was possibly, as constable of the Tower of London, Buckingham, rather than Richard III, was the murderer of the two princes held in the Tower.³ He was given enormous power, especially in West England and Wales, but soon, for reasons not clear, he rebelled against Richard, intending to place Henry Tudor (later Henry VII) on the throne in 1483.³ He joined Richard of Gloucester (later Richard III) in taking custody of the young Edward V from the queen mother and figured largely in the political plot by which Richard seized the throne in 1483.³ He died in 1483 at age 29 years. His army, gathered in the west, was prevented from advancing by floods of the Wye and Severn rivers and soon dispersed. He went into hiding, was betrayed by one of his retainers, tried as a traitor, and beheaded.³ He did not achieve political prominence until the death of Edward IV in 1483.³

     John de la Pole, Earl of Lincoln was the son of John (de la Pole), 2nd Duke of Suffolk and Lady Elizabeth of York.¹ John de la Pole, Earl of Lincoln was created, his father then living, Earl of Lincoln in 1466/67 at 7 Edward IV.² He obtained several important grants of land, and was appointed lord-lieutenant of Ireland in 1483/84 at 1 Richard III.² He was firmly committed to the house of York and on the triumph of Henry VII of the Tudors he removed to the court of his aunt Margaret, Duchess of Burgundy in 1485/86.² He returned to England to fight the cause of the imposter Lambert Simnel.² He died on 16 June 1487 at the Battle of Stoke, Nottinghamshire, England. Marching towards Newark-upon-Trent, his army of four thousand German mercenaries encountered the royal army, and sustained a signal defeat, himself falling in the conflict. d.v.s.p.²

     Anne Beauchamp was born in 1429.³ She was the daughter of Richard (de Beauchamp), Earl of Warwick and Lady Isabel le Despencer.^1,2 Anne Beauchamp married Richard "the Kingmaker", Earl of Warwick and Salisbury, son of Richard "Prudence", Earl of Salisbury and Alice, Countess of Salisbury, in 1434.³ Anne Beauchamp died in 1492 at age 63 years.³

     Arms: Quarterly of six: 1st (for Luxembourg) argent, a lion rampant, double-queued gules, crowned or; 2nd (for Baux) quarterly, 1st and 4th gules, an estoile argent; 2nd and 3rd azure, semé-de-lis or; 3rd (for Cyprus) barry of ten argent and azure, a lion rampant gules; 4th (for Ursins) gules, three bends argent, on a chief per fess argent and or, a rose gules; 5th (for St. Pol) gules, three pales vair, on a chief or, a label of five points azure; 6th (for Woodville) argent, a fess and a canton conjoined gules.⁴ Elizabeth Wydeville was born circa 1437.^1,5 She was the daughter of Richard Wydeville, 1st Earl Rivers and Jacqueline, Duchess of Bedford.^1,2,3 Elizabeth Wydeville married Edward IV, "of Rouen," King of England, son of Richard, Duke of York and Cecily "the Rose of Raby", on 1 May 1464 at Grafton Regis, Northamptonshire, England.^1,6 Elizabeth Wydeville died on 7 June 1492 at Bermondsey Abbey, England.⁵

     4th Lord Abergavenny. George, Lord Bergavenny was born in 1440 at Raby Castle, England.^1,2 He was the son of Edward, Lord Bergavenny and Elizabeth, Lady Beauchamp. George, Lord Bergavenny married Margarete Fenne, daughter of Sir Hugh Fenne. War of the Roses - York defeats Lancaster. The Yorkists defeat the Lancastrians once and for all. Somerset, Wenlock, and Prince Edward all died, with many others. Queen Margaret retired to France. On 4 May 1471 at the Battle of Tewksbury, Gloucestershire, England.³ George, Lord Bergavenny was knighted at the Battle of Tewksbury on 9 May 1471.⁴ He died on 20 September 1492 at age 52 years.^4,2

     Duke of Styria. Kaiser Friedrich III von Habsburg was born on 21 September 1415 at Innsbruck, Austria.^3,2 He was the son of Ernst "der Eiserne", Herzog von Österreich and Cimburgis von Masowien.^1,2 Kaiser Friedrich III von Habsburg inherited the Habsburg possessions of Inner Austria (Styria, Carinthia, Carniola, and Gorizia) on his father's death in 1424.⁴ King of Germany between 1440 and 19 August 1493.⁵ Holy Roman Emperor between 1452 and 19 August 1493.⁶ He married Eleanore de Avis, daughter of Duarte I, rei di Portugal and Eleanor de Trastámara.⁷ Kaiser Friedrich III von Habsburg died on 19 August 1493 at Linz at age 77 years, 10 months and 29 days.⁸

     IGI is silent on a direct parent for Margery Lyham, born c 1440 in Loddon, Norfolk, and wife of Sir James Hobart. Margery Lyhart was born circa 1440 at Loddon, Norwich, Norfolk, England.¹ She married Sir James Hobart, son of Thomas Hobart and Allenour Church, circa 1476 at Norwich, Norfolk, England.^2,3 Margery Lyhart died in 1494.

     John, 1st Earl of Lennox was born circa 1426?. He was the son of Sir Alan Stewart of Darnley and Catherine Seton.¹ John, 1st Earl of Lennox married Margaret Montgomery, daughter of 1st Lord Montgomery Alexander Montgomery, in 1438.¹ John, 1st Earl of Lennox succeeded his father to Darnley in 1439.¹ He was served heir of Duncan, Earl of Lennox, his great-grandfather, and assumed the title Earl of Lennox on 23 July 1473.¹ He died in 1494.

     Anna, Grafin von Katzenelnbogen was born on 5 September 1443.¹ She married Heinrich III, Landgraf von Hessen-Marburg, son of Ludwig III, Landgraf von Hessen and Anna von Sachsen, on 24 January 1458 at St. Goar.¹ Anna, Grafin von Katzenelnbogen died on 16 February 1494 at Marburg at age 50 years, 5 months and 11 days.¹

     François, comte de Vendôme was born in 1470.¹ He was the son of Jean II, comte de Vendôme.¹ François, comte de Vendôme died in 1495 at age 25 years.¹

     Madeline de Valois was born on 1 December 1443.¹ She was the daughter of Charles VII "le Victorieux", roi de France and Marie d'Anjou.² Madeline de Valois married Gaston de Foix, son of Gaston IV de Grailly, comte de Foix and Eléonore, reine de Navarre, on 7 March 1461.¹ Madeline de Valois died on 24 January 1495 at age 51 years, 1 month and 23 days.¹

     John Doreward was born circa 1473. He was the son of William Dorward Esq. and Margaret Harsick.¹ John Doreward died between 28 February 1495 and 1496.

     Cecily "the Rose of Raby" was born on 3 May 1415. She was the daughter of Ralph, 1st Earl of Westmoreland and Joan Beaufort, Lady Ferrers de Wemme. Cecily "the Rose of Raby" married Richard, Duke of York, son of Richard, "of Conisburgh," Earl of Cambridge and Anne de Mortimer, in 1438.¹ Cecily "the Rose of Raby" died on 31 May 1495 at age 80 years and 28 days.

     Matilda of Württemberg married Ludwig IV, Landgraf von Hessen-Kassel, son of Ludwig III, Landgraf von Hessen and Anna von Sachsen, on 18 August 1454 at Marburg.¹ Matilda of Württemberg died on 6 June 1495 at Rotenburg.¹
