She was the daughter of William "the Ogre of Abergavenny", 4th Lord of Bramber, 5th Baron Braose and Maud de St. Valéry.1 Loretta de Braose married Robert IV de Beaumont, 4th Earl of Leicester, son of Robert III de Beaumont, 3rd Earl of Leicester and Petronilla de Grentesmesnil, circa 1200.1 Loretta de Braose held, as a widow, dower estates which included the manor of Chalton (Hants) and the borough of Hungerford (Berks) after 1204.1 She retired to live as a recluse in 1220 at Hackington, Kent, England.1 She was asked by Simon of Montfort to clarify the "rights and liberties" attached to the office formerly held by her husband in April 1265.1 She died in 1266.1

Ida Longespée was eldest known grandchild of Countess Ida, mistress of King Henry II and wife of Roger Bigod, Earl of Norfolk.2 She was born circa 1205 at Salisbury, Wiltshire, England.3 She was the daughter of William Longespée, 3rd Earl of Salisbury and Ela of Salisbury.2,1 Ida Longespée married Baron William de Beauchamp of Bedford, son of N. N. de Beauchamp of Bedford, circa 1220; Her 2nd.4 Ida Longespée was presumably no more than age 15 in 1220.2 She married Sir Walter fitz Robert, son of Robert fitz Walter of Woodham.1 Ida Longespée died circa 1269.5
