Ursel Dircks, from Holstein, with two children, was a passenter to New Netherland in “De Moesman”, (The Market Gardener) and arrived May 1, 1658. she was a widow for the second time. The ages of her two children should be shown as two years and ten months resectively. The names of the tw children are unknown.274

Ursul Dircks, a young daughter from Hamburg, living at the “Leuvenhaven”, was first married to Jan Hendricksen, a young man, at Hillegersberg, near Rotterdam, on October 25, 1653, after a publication was made of the intended marriage on sept. 21, 1653. On aug. 29, 1655, a publication was made of the intended marriage of Teunis Jacobs, a young man from Beeckum, living at the Pannekoestratt, and orsel Dircks, widow of jan Hendricksen, living at the Nieuwe Gogelsang.275

While enroute t join her third husband at Albany, Ursul dircks ordered some new clothes from Antony De Lorme, corner of goldweighers and Broad Strees, New York, on april 23, 1658, and received an advance of money in silver and gold.562
