Will of Philip Jacob Probst

signed April 27, 1747 (Died 21 Mar 1760)

I, Phillip Brobst, Getellmann in the County of Philladelphea & provens of Pennsylvanny: I being in good helth and my naturell senses, I acknowledge this to be my Last will and Testament that is to say (........) and first of all I give and Recommend my Soule to the hands of God that give it and for my Body I Recommend to the Earth to be Buryed is a Christian like and a decent manner all the discretion of my Executors inthe following manner and form.

Inprimisses, it is my Will and I do order in the first place all my just debts and funerall charges be payd and satisfied.

I give and bequeath to Cerine my deary Beloved Wife Sixty Bushels of Wheat, fore milk cows, three acres of (---) Cleare and one more of these to Cleare which makes fore in the whole, this during our Life time personly: Condisholy and personly to be freed during one Life time: But if I the said Phillip Brobs should Live the plantation the said fore acors is to be void and of none effect.

I give to my Son Michell one hundred Acors against the (---) line of Henry Ritter with a good grist mill belonging thereunto to be freed of all charges, belonging thereto. And for the best wagon horses belonging to the old plase between Mickell and Felte, and to horses to my Son Marte to the New Mill with fifty Acors of Land belonging thereto adjoining upon Anthony: and the plows and plow tackling and harow and grubing hose and (---) and tackling Belong to the said plase with three milk cows and three young hefers to Eyeare old: these to be Equally divided the said Mickell, Felte, and Marte.

I give and bequeath to my Daughter Anamery fifth pounds be peayd when she is of Age, to be peayd on demand go upon Interest.

I give and beque to my Daughter Eva Catronia fifty pounds to be peayd when she is of Age or go upon Interes on demand.

And I give and Beque to my Deughter Dority fifty pound, one milk cow, to Sheep, one Breeding Sow, to peayd when she is of age or demand or to go upon Intres

Further I do agree and consent deliver all my Mickell all my Bonds Bill and receipts to his pro.... intres in the Land of and to take Deds in their names.

This I acknoledg to be my last will and testeement as witness my hand....

and a halfe Acors of flax to be deliver yearly according to the agreement as aforeseayd.

And I give to my son Feltea two hundert acors that is the old settlement thereto

My son Marte to be peaying till the Eva Cetrena is of age

Will provided with Administration Bond March 18, 1760:

Know all men bythese presents that We, Michael Brobst, Eldest Son of Philip Brobst, late of Allamingel in the County of Berks in the Province of Pennsylvania, Potter, and Valentine Brobst and Martin Brobst, two other of the Sons of the said Philip Brobst, deceased, are held and firmly bound unto ........
