Witnesseth that whereas the aforesaid James and Katharine is now becoming aged and infirm and not able to labor and to procure a maintenance or support and whereas the said James Beatty and Katharine his wife is at present in right and in the possession of a certain tract of land on which they now reside lying and being in Wilkins twp., Allegheny co., PA. Bounded as follows: -on the west by lands of John Willson, on north by the lands of Hance Woods, on the east and northeast by the lands of Thomas May and Samuel Uer and on the south and southeast by the lands of the heirs of John Johnston, Esq. and John Kelly's heirs containing 75 acres, thereabouts.
