Rowan Co. N.C. Will Book A, pg 135-136 Will of William Ozbun, Rowan Co.
Yea 19th of 7th Mo. 1768. Wife Rebeccah 1/3 of the ~and I now possess and the house I now live in, and at her death to son Abraham. Son Abraham to have 53 acres more, adjoining, which I do give and bequeath to son Abraham, (he to possess the 53 acres at age 21), and his mother's third at her decease. Also to Abraham a mare and a gun which he now calls his.
Other part of my land to be sold when Richard comes to age 21 and the money to be equally divided among the rest of my children that shall live to come to the age of 21.
Rest of movable estate used as necessary for support of wife and children at discretion of my wife and Wm. Reynolds and Samuel Ozbun, the last two named, I constitute Executors of this will.

William Osborn died in 1768 in Rowan County, North Carolina. (He obviously lived in that portion of Rowan County which became Guilford County in 1771; he may or may not have lived in that portion of Cuilford which became Randolph County in 1779.) In the Abstracts of North Carolina Wills 1760-1800 by Olds, William Osborn is shown as Ogburn.
No further record of Rebecca can be located. No North Carolina marriage bond for her remarrying and nothing in Quaker records, no record of her death or place and time of burial.
