2. Letters of Administration, 8 Nov 1694, Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. ³ Governor Markham of PA granted letters of administration to James Winder. Thomas Winder of Babadoes he died intestate with "goods, rights, and credits in diverse places within the Province of Pennsylvania and the County of New Castle."
