Hello, my Grandmother's maiden name was Hopkins.
Her father was HERBERT 'REGINALD' HOPKINS (born
1889, 12 Abbey St. Daventry, England)
Who was the son of GEORGE WILLIAM HOPKINS (born
1863,
Hillmorton, Warwicks, England) and FANNY JANE RIXOM (born 1864 Daventry,Northamptonshire,
England).
When HERBERT 'REGINALD' HOPKINS immigrated to
Canada from England we lost contact with his siblings. Does this family
match up with any of yours?

MESHACH had brothers SHADRACH ABEDNEGO ISAAC and sisters,
SOPHIA, CASSAIA AND KEZIA.
Found MESHACH in 1851 census in NEWPORT, believe was in Gloucester in 1852.
In 1897 He lived on Gowlett Road, East Dulwich< London S.E.
In 1910 he lived on Blucher Road, Camberwell , London
Trying to trace other family members desc. to complete family tree.
Any info appreciated, and will be glad to share.

Dear Hopkins friends,
I think I am a subscriber. If so I hope to find help in tracing my
grandparents, Thomas Hopkins (b. Llanelly, Carmarthen, Wales 1855) and
Sarah Elias (b. Glyncorrwg Glamorgan. Wales1853) who were listed in the
1881 Glyncorrwg census with their infant daughter Sarah Ann and came to
the states in 1882. He was killed 1910 in a Luzerne County, Pennsylvania
coal mine explosion. Thanks very much.

Hopkins from Llanelli, Wales who was my great grandfather and married
Charlotte Jane Harris July 15, 1893. I know nothing about siblings of
either of these people but do know their children were Dai, Basil,
