WILLEY, but the boundaries of said deeds are excepted out of it and A.J. WILLEY is not satisfied with the shape of said last deed, Now therefore the said first parties in consideration of one dollar to them paid today by 2nd party, have sold and quit claimed unto said A.J. WILLEY all their right title and interest in the herein described boundary. Beg A.J. Willey corner to NW corner of Little Meadow to stake in JANE SEXTON fence. The said 1st party reserves the right for a haulway through the said Little Meadow to their other lands west of it.
