SOME OF THE CHURCHES WHICH ADORN OUR CITY

Probably nothing tends toward making a community more desirable as a home, or is a better index of the city's best feature, than is obtained from a knowledge of its religious advantages, and a glance at the illustrations on this page will give our readers an idea of what some of our churches look like.
A reference to the directories will also indicate the leaders of the different congregations, their hours and days of meetings, in addition to the churches shown here, there are four others located in the valley, one under construction in the valley, the German Lutheran, one in the city on the hill, the Baptist, and one about to be commenced downtown, the First Christian. All these church homes are commodious, conveniently located for membership of the different denominations and are well supported by their respective memberships.
