RYAN RAYMOND LARKINS

            Ryan Raymond Larkins, 26, of Lyle, died March 16, 2000 at a care center in Goldendale.
            He was born Aug. 10, 1973 in Tacoma to Robert and Lorelei (LaMont) Larkins and moved as a young man to Longview where he was a member of the Cedarview Group Home and attended Mark Morris School.
            Ryan loved music of all kinds, and played the tambourine. He enjoyed all manner of loud entertainment, particularly rock concerts, Funny Car races and Monster Truck rallies, and he was fond of swimming. He moved to Goldendale from Longview a year ago to be near family.
            A brother, Robby, preceded him in death in 1983.
            Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Lorelei and Chris Patrick of Lyle; his father and stepmother, Robert and Penny Larkins of Tacoma; two sisters, Lori and Lynn Patrick of Lyle; a brother, James Larkins of Tacoma; paternal grandparents, Fran and Doris Patrick of Tacoma and his maternal grandmother, Florence LaMont of Tacoma.
            Funeral services were held March 21 at Faith Lutheran Church in The Dalles, with Reverend Jerry Powers officiating. Interment was in the Lone Pine Cemetery in Lyle, under the direction of Smith Callaway Chapel.

            Ryan R. Larkins, of Lyle, died March 16, 2000, at a care center in Goldendale, at the age of 26.
            Mr. Larkins was born Aug. 10, 1973, in Tacoma, to Robert and Lorelei (LaMont) Larkins. He moved to Longview as a young man, where he was a member of the Cedarview Group Home and attended Mark Moms School. He moved to Goldendale from Longview a year ago, to be near family.

            He is survived by his mother and stepfather Lorelei and Chris Patrick, Lyle; father and stepmother Robert and Penny Larkins, Tacoma; sisters Lori and Lynn Patrick, Lyle; brother James Larkins. Tacoma; grandparents Fran and Doris Patrick, Tacoma; and grandmother Florence LeMont, Tacoma. He was preceded in death by brother Robby in 1983.
            Funeral services for Mr. Larkins were held Tuesday. March 21, 2000, at II a.m. at the Faith Lutheran Church in The Dalles, Ore., with Rev. Jerry Powers officiating. Interment was at Lone Pine Cemetery in Lyle.

            Arrangements were handled by Smith Callaway Chapel in The Dalles.
