LUCIEN LEROY HOUSTON

            Lucien LeRoy Houston was born June 19, 1912 in Manhattan, Montana, and passed away February 22, 1957 near Goldendale, Washington. Since 1924 he had been a resident of the state of Washington, and on August 14, 1935 he was united in marriage to Ann Argabright at Yakima. In 1945 and 1946 he served overseas in the Merchant Marine. For the last three months he was employed in the local district of the State Highway Department. He was a member of the Order of Eagles.
            In addition to his wife he is survived by two sons, Clyde E Lee and David Lou, of Goldendale; his mother, Mrs. Rachel Irene Houston, of White Salmon; and one sister, Mrs. Winifred Pond, of Skagway, Alaska. His father and one brother preceded him in death. Interment was in the High Prairie Cemetery.
