JESSIE QUAEMPTS BURIED IN HUSUM CEMETERY

     Following an Indian funeral at a longhouse on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation Monday, Dec. 3, the body of Mrs. Jessie Martha Sulkey, 59, was brought to White Salmon Monday Dec. 3. Rosary was read at Gardner's Chapel at 1:30 p.m.
     Burial was on Tuesday a Three Firs, the Indian cemetery up Rattlesnake creek east of Husum.
     Mrs. Sulkey, daughter of John Quaempts was born at Husum and died Saturday, Dec. 1 at Warm Springs, Oregon.
     She is survived by her husband Peter; sister, Irene Quaehpama, both of Warm Springs; a brother, Sampson Quaempts of Yakima; and Slex Silas of White Salmon.
